Are You a Leader or a Manager?
I first saw this list during a management training program at Hewlett-Packard. I've kept it over the years to remind me to be a leader and not just a manager. I also use it as a coaching tool for helping our clients' managers grow into future leaders. As you can see from this list, there is a big difference between being a manager and being a leader.
